You’re not booking a plan.
You’re choosing a partner who sees the whole picture
You’re not alone, and this is exactly what we help with every single day.

“I came in thinking I’d get another list of foods to try. What I got instead was someone who finally understood how overwhelmed I was. My daughter was refusing food, losing weight, and I blamed myself every day. Sunita didn’t just give me advice, she gave me permission to stop blaming myself. Within weeks, the fights at mealtimes softened. My daughter started eating again. And I started breathing again.”
I am so grateful for the care and support I received from Sunita during a very difficult and emotional time. When my son needed feeding support, I felt overwhelmed and unsure about how to manage his nutrition, but she guided me every step of the way with such compassion and expertise. She gave me invaluable advice on high-calorie foods to help him gain weight safely and steadily. Her knowledge and reassurance gave me confidence, and her emotional support meant the world to me as a parent. Thanks to her help, I felt less alone and more empowered to care for my son. We’re truly lucky to have had such a kind and dedicated professional by our side.
Whether you’re a first time mum or not, Sunita is exactly who you need to ensure your little ones diet is on track. My daughter is a vegetarian (who dislikes most vegetables) and trying to incorporate enough protein into her diet was seemingly hard at first. Sunita was super helpful and found ways for me to incorporate certain food groups that worked with my daughter’s dietary requirements by allowing her to eat what she enjoys but with that extra boost of protein and vitamins. It was honestly peace of mind and a happy toddler! Thanks so much for your help, Sunita!
“Everywhere I went, I was told my baby’s weight was ‘fine’, but I knew something wasn’t right. I felt dismissed, even ridiculed, by professionals. Sunita didn’t rush. She listened, dug deeper, and showed me how to support my son’s weight gain gently, without force. For the first time in months, I left a consultation feeling capable, not crazy.”
“My daughter has multiple allergies, and eating out or even eating at home, became a nightmare. The anxiety was constant. Sunita didn’t just give us a list of safe foods, she gave us the confidence to live again. She taught us how to read labels, plan meals, and even enjoy birthday parties without fear. Our life changed.”
“We had been told for years that our child was just a ‘fussy eater’. But deep down, we knew it was something more. The guilt was unbearable. With Sunita, we didn’t feel judged, we felt guided. She helped us create mealtime routines that felt doable, and slowly, food became less of a battle and more of a bridge back to connection.”
“Our kitchen had turned into a war zone. My partner and I were arguing about every spoonful. Our son was reacting to certain foods, and no one gave us clear answers. Sunita helped us cut through the noise with empathy and real steps. Now we have a plan, peace at the table, and a child who eats without fear.”
